Manage Attendance From Scratch

Go through this guide to calculate your attendance accurately.

• TOTAL DAYS refers to total phase days,you want to calculate your attendance for,including holidays(Don't worry we have seperate section for holidays)
• CLASSES PER DAY refers to general number of classes per day.
• HOLIDAYS refers to total number of days whose attendance is not considered
• NOT-COUNTABLE CLASSES refers to total number of classes during college hours whose attendance is not considered.(for example:Extra Activities,Library etc).
• BUNKS refers to total number of classes you missed

In this example attendance is calculated for 7 days starting from Monday to Sunday with each day having 6 classes and Sunday being an holiday.On Saturdays students have classes whose attendance is not taken into consideration.So here total days are 7 , classes per day are 6 , not accountable classes are 6 and 1 holiday.

Suppose,if a student from X college misses 4 classes then he fills the form as follows

CLASSES PER DAY	6
HOLIDAYS	1
NOT-ACCOUNTABLE CLASSES	6
BUNKS	4
CALCULATE(result)	86.67

Manage Attendance From Middle of Semester

• Current DAYS refers to current phase days,you want to calculate your attendance for,including holidays(Don't worry we have seperate section for holidays)
• CLASSES PER DAY refers to general number of classes per day.
• HOLIDAYS refers to total number of days whose attendance is not considered in the current phase.
• NOT-COUNTABLE CLASSES refers to total number of classes during college hours whose attendance is not considered in the current phase(for example:Extra Activities,Library etc).
• BUNKS refers to total number of classes you missed in current phase
• PAST ATTENDANCE refers to aggregate attendance till present phase
• PAST TOTAL CLASSES refers to total classes till present phase.

Consider an X-college where attendance is updated every 15 days and general classes per each day are 6. A student has attendance 85.24 % in the first 15 days phase and total classes in the first 15 days phase are 70 and the student wants to calculate his/her attendance in the 13th day of the next 15 days phase.Suppose there are 2 holidays and 8 Non-accountable classes in the current 15 days phase till 13th day and the student missed 4 classes,then he fills the form as follows
